You’ll learn how to conduct market research, write a business plan, develop marketing strategies and manage key business functions. The Business Start-Up program is designed to train future entrepreneurs who want to be better equipped to succeed in various business sectors. It helps you acquire the skills needed to carry out a multitude of responsibilities throughout the different phases of your business projects. This includes designing and validating your initial business plan, conducting market research and strategic resource planning during the pre-launch phase. Then, during the start-up phase, you learn how to actively promote your products and services, manage operations, ensure communications and customer service, and develop your entrepreneurial skills.
